If you need small to medium-sized components (approx. 2 mm to 500 mm L x W x H) manufactured in small to medium batches (approx. 200 pieces to 20,000 per batch), then you really should consider using us.

Our capacity includes over 50 CNC machines for sawing, milling, turning, drilling, grinding, cleaning, trembling, and soldering.

We work with steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, brass, plastic and more. We are qualified to ISO9001:2000 and audited by SGS.

Products we make for other companies range from 5 mm brass conductors to 500 mm steel housing for ATM machinery; from 8 x 4 Ø mm titanium tooth implants, to 266 x 424 x 182 mm steel cases for compressors; from 95 x 95 x 24 mm aluminium cooling fins for mobile phone base stations to 24 x 16 Ø mm steel pinions for power tools.

We manufacture components with tolerances ±0.005mm after turning, ±0.0025mm after grinding, and we control the production according to any standard you’d like to set.

The quality control department is equipped with callipers, micrometers, dial indicators, microscopes, roughness testers, hardness testers, CMM and profile projectors. We can also provide SPC data if you require.

Post production treatment covers oxidation, nitriding, carburizing and induction hardening, and surface treatment includes plating, anodizing, chromating, and paint finishing.
