HGL is owned by Hammar Invest AB (publ.) whose business idea is to develop, manufacture and market handling equipment for material flows in the forestry industry through subsidiaries.

The Hammar Invest Group operates through five operating subsidiaries; HGL (Global) Ltd., Hammar Truck AB, Logtech AB, Vitech Timber Management Co., Lisker Sweden AB, and Hammar Mekan AB.

Hammar Truck manufactures and sells an advanced lumber mill lift. Logtech and Vitech manufacture and sell products for timber and timber handling. Lisker Sverige AB sells Lisker Oy automatic sorting system ProfiGrade. Hammar Mekan engaged in mechanical engineering for heavy processing.
