STRONG ELMIA SUBCONTRACTOR FAIR FOR HGL |

HGL attracted a solid visitor interest at Elmia Subcontractor 2009. The fair itself registered close to 14,800 visitors, out of which a good proportion visited the HGL booth.
“In a year like this, we didn’t really know what to expect,” says Anders Eriksson, Sales Manager of HGL Sweden. “But, we were positively surprised.”
“Two trends were clear. First, companies in general are seriously looking for partners like us, who can deliver improved quality/cost ratio. Second, the products and solutions discussed are getting more complex and demanding.
HGL held discussions with producers within the automotive, medical, aerospace and other hi-end industries. As a result, HGL received some 40 requests that are being dealt with during the coming period.
“It looks clearly brighter, that’s for sure,” says Anders Eriksson, “and there is no question about the interest about China production.” |
